  1. Is the Redcurrant office open and how can I contact you?

Our office is temporarily closed until further notice and phone lines will not be monitored. In our absence emails will be monitored periodically, please direct all queries to office@redcurrantjobs.co.uk

  1. I’m a registered temp, who do I contact regarding my pay?

Any pay related queries will need to be directed to Eden directly. We have communicated the relevant contact details to all registered temporary workers. 

  1. When will you reopen?

We will continue to follow all government advice and guidelines regarding suitable working. We will update our website, our vacancy page and resume job alert emails when we are fully operating again.  
You can visit our vacancy page here for updates on new vacancies as soon as they become available. 
We will be working closely with our partners at the time of Office, Spa, Salon and Clinic reopening to ensure we are all working together safely.

  1. Can I register for temporary or permanent work whilst the office is closed?

Yes! We recommend that you upload your details and your CV via our very simple register page here. When the office reopens we will be in touch to go through your options. 

  1. Will you have any permanent positions?

We will be working closely with our partners to provide with up to date and relevant job postings, we have been establishing relationships since 2009 and we are confident that the industry will rebuild as a team. We are looking forward to offering a great selection of positions as soon as we can.

  1. When can I start booking shifts?

As our industry reopens, we will be in close contact with our partners to ensure any availability of work is communicated to you at the right time. We will do this by telephone call and email. You will also be able to see updates of our available jobs online.

  1. Who do I need to contact regarding my invoice or payment matters?

Our accounts team will be periodically checking emails, please refer all queries by email to accounts@redcurrantjobs.co.uk. Phone lines will not be monitored until further notice.

  1. Can I still register for temporary cover or permanent staff?

Yes! We would welcome any enquiries via email to office@redcurrantjobs.co.uk. This email address will be checked periodically until the office reopens. It is advisable that we arrange telephone calls to discuss your needs once the industry reopens and all information we have at that time will be relevant and up to date. 

  1. How long will you be closed for?

We will continue to follow the government guidelines and advice regarding the safety and wellbeing of the general public. This will allow us to make a safe decision on when is best to start operating once again.
