Your Role:
- Perform a range of Level 3 beauty treatments, including facials, massage, waxing, and body treatments.
- Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach with both clients and colleagues.
- Adhere to salon hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols.
- Provide expert advice on skincare and aftercare products.
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a salon or spa environment.
- Strong skills in facials, massage, and waxing.
- Passion for beauty and wellness, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work on a temporary or ad-hoc basis.
