Salon Beauty Therapist - Full Time or Part Time, Permanent

Location:Enfield, London

Salary:£11.50 per hour, plus commission

Flagship salonwith over a decade of excellence in manicures, brow treatments, Facials, and eyelash extensions. Currently undergoing a chic refurbishment, the salon champions creativity and ensures every client feels confident, polished, and stylish.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience.- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.- Perform a wide range of salon treatments with precision and care.- Maintain accurate and organised client records.- Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean working environment.- Provide expert advice to clients on suitable retail products.

Requirements:- MinimumNVQ Beauty Qualification Level 3or equivalent required.- People-oriented with a friendly, positive demeanour.- Genuine passion for traditional salon treatments, especially waxing and nailcare- Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.- Reliable, hardworking, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.- Desire to grow with an expanding company.- Strong work ethic.- Ability to provide advice and recommend products.- Sales-focused with experience meeting targets.- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.

Hours:- Full-time, permanent position- 40 hours per week- 5 out of 7 days on a shift rota, with some flexibility requiredMon - Sat 9am -6pmSun 11am - 5pm
