Your Role:

• Perform a range of Level 3 beauty treatments, including facials, massage, body treatments, and waxing.
• Provide a five-star experience to every guest, ensuring excellent service.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach.
• Adhere to spa health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Offer expert skincare and wellness advice to clients.

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 18 months' experience in a spa or luxury beauty environment.
• Strong skills in facials, massage, and body treatments.
• Passion for client care and exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on a temporary or ad-hoc basis, including some weekends.
