The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in the North of England. As the New Business Development Manager, you will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships, expanding B2B partnerships, and providing product usage training to customers. Operating from a home base, you will actively seek new opportunities, attend trade shows, and collaborate with the management team to launch innovative marketing initiatives.

Requirements:- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.- Demonstrated experience in B2B field sales, with exceptional skills in nurturing client relationships and expanding established B2B partnerships in the Northern region.- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.- Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry.

Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.- Identify and cultivate new business leads, converting them into loyal customers.- Maintain and strengthen relationships with an existing client portfolio.- Meet or exceed set financial targets, contributing to company profitability.- Efficiently manage and organise schedules and appointments.- Represent the brand with professionalism and expertise at industry trade shows and events.
