Head of Housekeeping
We're looking for an experienced Luxury Housekeeper with a passion for high standards, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Permanent contract
Location: London based (travel required)
This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in creating a seamless, luxury experience for every guest. The role is both hands-on and operational, and will require regular travel as part of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee all guest areas, ensuring immaculate standards
- Ensure all services are delivered efficiently and in line with luxury expectations
- Monitor team performance and provide support or training where needed
- Coordinate maintenance issues with relevant teams
- Manage stock levels, supplies, and departmental organisation
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
- Support budgeting and day-to-day operational planning
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping management role
- Background in luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident handling guest queries and complaints
- Flexible with shifts and weekends
- Eligible to work in the UK
