We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury hospitality operator seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Housekeeping Host / Hospitality Attendant to join their exceptional onboard train team.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest accommodation and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Working as part of a close-knit hospitality team, you will deliver exceptional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the guest experience.

The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, highly organised, and committed to delivering five-star standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest cabins, suites, and public areas to exceptional standards.
• Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Ensure all assigned areas are fully serviced, clean, and inspected by the end of each shift.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately.
• Assist with guest laundry services.
• Maintain housekeeping stock levels and ensure efficient use of supplies to minimise waste.
• Support guest arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance where required.
• Work collaboratively with other operational departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain excellent product and destination knowledge to confidently assist guests.
• Adhere to all cleaning, hygiene, health and safety, and environmental procedures.
• Ensure all guest-facing and back-of-house areas are presented to the highest standards.

About You
