Job Title:Luxury Face and Body Massage Therapist- Flagship salon

Location: Knightsbridge, London (with occasional placements at Selfridges & Liberty)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: From £15.00 per hour (£31,200 per annum, depending on experience) + commissionThis is a unique chance to elevate your craft, be part of an elite wellness team, and grow with a brand that is redefining holistic beauty in London and beyond.Based in a serene Knightsbridge sanctuary, this role offers the chance to deliver high-end, results-driven treatments that blend traditional massage with advanced techniques such as Brazilian lymphatic drainage, infrared therapy, and gua sha-inspired methods. Full training in the brand's signature method is provided. You would be joining a growing team at the forefront of luxury wellness and holistic transformation.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised face and body massage treatments using advanced holistic techniques (training provided)
• Specialise in lymphatic drainage massage and targeted body sculpting
• Greet and manage appointments for high-end clientele with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organised and beautifully presented treatment space
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Contribute to retail product recommendations and service enhancements
• Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and satisfaction
• Primarily based at the flagship salon, with select days supporting treatments within leading retail locations (Selfridges & Liberty)

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty/Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
• Experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting preferred
• Passionate about holistic health and open to learning new techniques
• Calm, confident, and well-presented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Punctual,reliable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and mid-late shifts
• Fluent English preferred
