Sales Manager - Hotel | Full Time, Permanent
Location: Dover (On-site)Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 + approx. £4,000 bonus

The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading 122-bedroom hotel with spa, gym, three F&B outlets and a salon, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales function at Head of Department level.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role reporting directly to the General Manager, offering the chance to make a significant impact quickly.
Key Requirements
- Hotel sales background is essential
- Proven track record growing revenue across corporate, leisure and events
- Experience with a global hotel brand is highly advantageous
- Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship-building skills
- Confident in leading sales strategy and managing key accounts
- Highly organised with a proactive, "sleeves rolled up" approach
- Comfortable with external client meetings and representing the hotel
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Department and drive revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts
Work closely with the Events Manager to maximise conversions
Conduct client visits, site tours, and networking activity
Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events
Produce sales forecasts and reports for senior management
