This is a true "lead from the front" role - combining hands-on treatments with operational management and team leadership.

The Opportunity

• Is currently a Head Therapist or Assistant Spa Manager ready for the next step
• Has strong leadership presence and enjoys motivating a team
• Understands operational structure - rotas, stock control, reporting, retail targets
• Is commercially aware and confident driving revenue

You will play a key role in:

• Leading and developing the spa team
• Maintaining exceptional treatment and service standards
• Supporting day-to-day operational management
• Driving retail and treatment performance
• Working closely with senior management to grow the spa's reputation and profitability

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum)
• Strong hands-on treatment experience
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Confident managing operational responsibilities
• Organised, professional and proactive
• Passionate about wellness and high service standards
