Company Overview:A charming Cotswold stone-built hotel, just 15 miles from Oxford, is seeking a friendly and skilled Spa Supervisor to join their professional spa team. Working closely with the Spa Manager, this hands-on role allows you to deliver treatments while supporting the smooth running of the spa. You will be part of a welcoming and peaceful environment where positivity, teamwork, and guest experience are valued.

Job Description:As Spa Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to guests, ensuring a high standard of service
• Support and mentor junior therapists under the guidance of the Spa Manager
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards throughout the spa
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and daily spa operations as required
• Be a friendly, approachable presence for guests, creating a welcoming spa experience
• Contribute to team development and support the smooth running of the spa

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Proficient in delivering a broad range of spa treatments
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
