Your Role

• Provide exceptional treatments such as facials, massage, and spa rituals.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest care, professionalism, and hygiene.
• Adapt seamlessly to new teams and spa environments.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Massage qualification (NVQ, VTCT, ITEC or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year's hands-on experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.
• A reliable, professional, and positive approach.
• Genuine passion for the spa and wellness industry.
