What We're Looking For
Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
Skills: Confident in delivering a wide range of spa and beauty treatments, including nails, waxing, facials, massage, and body therapies
Experience: Previous experience working in a busy spa, wellness centre, or similar customer-focused environment. Professionalism: Exceptional client care, strong communication skills and a warm, reassuring manner that makes every guest feel valued and at ease. Knowledge: Understanding of spa industry trends, treatment standards, KPIs and how these contribute to operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Treatments: Deliver high-quality treatments with precision, care and adherence to brand protocols. Client Experience: Ensure every guest receives a memorable and relaxing experience from arrival to departure. Spa Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented spa environment at all times. Team Support: Assist with reception duties, product knowledge, upselling and daily operational tasks. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay at the top of your game, including practical and theoretical learning.
