A contemporary wellness retreat in Essex is currently recruiting passionate Spa Therapists to join their experienced and supportive team. Set within seven acres of peaceful countryside and less than an hour from Central London, this eco-conscious retreat is designed to inspire guests to reset and recharge. With facilities including a cryotherapy chamber, salt block sauna, heated leisure pool, and a fully equipped gym, the retreat focuses on complete wellness-encompassing fitness, relaxation, and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of personalised spa therapies and beauty treatments, including facials, massage, body wraps, scrubs, and pregnancy massage.
• Offer an outstanding guest experience, maintaining professionalism and warmth at all times.
• Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to meet guests' individual wellness needs.
• Maintain a calm, clean, and organised treatment environment.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

What's on Offer:

• Starting salary: £12.40 per hour
• Additional earnings: Tiered retail and service commission, plus generous client tips
• Schedule: 3 days per week (24.75 hours), between Monday and Sunday (9:30am-6:30pm)
• Weekend commitment: Minimum of one full weekend and two half weekends per month

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) including natural nail care
• Skilled in delivering massage and facial treatments
• Holistic qualifications (e.g. reflexology, aromatherapy, or reiki) are highly desirable
• Open to newly qualified therapists with a passion for wellness and a desire to learn
• A positive, caring attitude and a strong focus on customer service

Working Hours:

• 3 days per week - 24.75 hours total
• Typical treatment hours: 9:15am to 6:30pm
• Monthly planned rota includes weekend work
