Role Outline

Delivering outstanding services that includes a variety of modern and exciting skin and body treatments.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum of NVQ 2 and 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments
High standards on intimate waxing and waxing in general ( not required but an advantage)
Work over weekends is required.
Excellent customer service skills
Immaculate personal presentation, polite and well mannered.
Self-motivated
Good team player

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out a range of Treatments to an extremely high standard
Ensuring Treatment Rooms are of a consistent high standard

Desirable Knowledge and Experience (although not necessary as training can be provided):

Knowledge of Elemis facials and product range
At least 2 years of experience in similar environment
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy / massage (preferred)
