Located within a stunning Georgian manor near King's Lynn, Norfolk, the hotel boasts 31 individually designed rooms, gourmet dining, outstanding service, and a luxurious spa set in a renowned herb garden. Treatments are enriched by nature and powered by the Elemental Herbology brand.
The Role
The Deputy Spa Manager will play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of the spa. Acting as a hands-on leader, they will deliver treatments, motivate the team, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, service, and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Spa Manager with the daily operation of the spa.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the spa team.
- Delivering luxury treatments while maintaining expert product and procedural knowledge.
- Handling guest feedback effectively and professionally.
- Overseeing staff training, rotas, and performance.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health & safety.
- Supporting with stock control, ordering, and spa promotions.
- Acting as Duty Manager in the absence of the Spa Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) qualification.
- Fully qualified in manicures, pedicures, massage, and facials.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a spa or salon environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and passionate about service excellence.
- Flexible to work on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and festive periods.
Working Hours
- 45 hours per week.
- Spa opening hours: 8am - 6:15pm.
- 5 out of 7 days, rota planned two months in advance.
