Located within a stunning Georgian manor near King's Lynn, Norfolk, the hotel boasts 31 individually designed rooms, gourmet dining, outstanding service, and a luxurious spa set in a renowned herb garden. Treatments are enriched by nature and powered by the Elemental Herbology brand.

The Role

The Deputy Spa Manager will play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of the spa. Acting as a hands-on leader, they will deliver treatments, motivate the team, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, service, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Spa Manager with the daily operation of the spa.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the spa team.
• Delivering luxury treatments while maintaining expert product and procedural knowledge.
• Handling guest feedback effectively and professionally.
• Overseeing staff training, rotas, and performance.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health & safety.
• Supporting with stock control, ordering, and spa promotions.
• Acting as Duty Manager in the absence of the Spa Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) qualification.
• Fully qualified in manicures, pedicures, massage, and facials.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within a spa or salon environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, calm under pressure, and passionate about service excellence.
• Flexible to work on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and festive periods.

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week.
• Spa opening hours: 8am - 6:15pm.
• 5 out of 7 days, rota planned two months in advance.
