The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guests receive outstanding food and beverage service while maintaining impeccable presentation and operational standards throughout the journey.Key Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service daily
• Carry out cleaning, mise en place, washing up and general maintenance duties
• Serve drinks, canaps and welcome beverages throughout service periods
• Prepare and set tables with linens, silverware and glassware
• Offer menu guidance and daily specials to guests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest and back-of-house areas
• Assist with guest greetings, luggage handling and general onboard duties
• Support wider operational departments as required
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Previous experience within hospitality, food & beverage or luxury service environments preferred
• Hospitality qualifications advantageous
• Good understanding of food hygiene and COSHH regulations
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
