This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning boutique beauty salon in the peaceful Jersey countryside, offering a loyal clientele, a welcoming team and excellent earning potential, with relocation support available for the right candidate.

An important requirement: Waxing is a regular and essential part of this role. Candidates must be confident and willing to provide both female and male waxing as part of their normal treatment offering. Experience in intimate waxing and premium hot-wax systems, such as Lycon, would be a distinct advantage.

The opportunity

We are looking for a polished, enthusiastic and commercially aware Senior Beauty Therapist to become a valued, long-term member of an experienced team.

You will be confident in your practical skills, professional in your approach and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. You will also understand the importance of building trust, encouraging repeat bookings and contributing positively to the salon's success.

What's on offer?

• Basic salary: £31,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience and capability.
• Six-month earnings guarantee: A non-repayable guarantee annualised at £36,000, subject to agreed terms.
• Realistic established OTE: £40,000+ through transparent commission and incentives.
• Relocation support: A tailored package for the right off-island candidate, potentially including travel, temporary accommodation and settling-in assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality facials, skincare treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures and other core beauty treatments.
• Provide thorough consultations, personalised recommendations and professional aftercare advice.
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat bookings through excellent service.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and professional products ethically and confidently.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation and professional conduct.
• Contribute to the salon's commercial performance and supportive team culture.

What we're looking for

• At least three years' hands-on experience in a reputable salon, spa, premium clinic or comparable client-facing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent recognised qualifications and experience.
• Strong practical skills across facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures and core beauty treatments.
• A mature, reliable and professional approach, with excellent consultation and client-care skills.
• Commercial awareness, including client retention, rebooking and retail recommendations.
• A genuine commitment to permanent relocation to Jersey.
• Willingness to attend an in-person interview and practical treatment assessment and provide professional references.

Additional training or experience in advanced skincare, massage and specialist treatments would be welcomed.

This is an established position for an experienced therapist rather than an entry-level opportunity.
