We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to join an exceptional team at a prestigious spa in Ashford on a temporary full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in one of the UK's most iconic wellness destinations.
About the Role:
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.*Manage and support a team of spa therapists and reception staff.*Drive performance targets, treatment standards, and guest satisfaction.*Maintain compliance with all health & safety and brand standards.*Collaborate with senior management to deliver business objectives.
About You:
*Previous management experience within a luxury spa or leisure environment is essential.*Strong leadership and communication skills.*Highly organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.*Guest-focused, with a passion for wellness and service excellence.
