What you'll be doing
As part of the spa team, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering a range of luxury face and body treatments to an exceptional standard
- Providing a warm, professional and personalised experience for every guest
- Carrying out thorough consultations and recommending suitable treatments and retail products where appropriate
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working collaboratively with the wider spa team to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Upholding the high standards and luxury service expected within a premium hotel spa
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- Confident in massage, facials and body treatments
- Previous spa or luxury salon experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, reliable and flexible approach
- The ability to travel to the Leeds area for shifts
