Treating Spa Manager - Full Time, Permanent Salary: £33,000Location:NewcastleCity Centre SpaThis role is ideal for someone ready to progress in their career-perfect as the next step after a Senior Therapist or Head Therapist position. The role combines70%treatmentswith30% operationsduring the initial launch phase.Working alongside and responsible for a small team, the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the guest journey, supporting operations, and helping grow both the business and the future team.The role is supported by a National Spa Manager and the site General Manager.Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Beauty Therapy
- Strong hands-on experience delivering a range of spa treatments
- Previous senior, supervisory or team-leading experience is highly desirable
- Confident supporting operational tasks and working independently
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, professional approach
- Passionate about wellness, service standards and personal development
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional treatments in line with brand standards (approx. 70%)
- Support day-to-day spa operations including rotas, stock, standards and reporting
- Maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with reception duties, treatment recommendations and retail sales
- Work closely with management to grow the spa's client base and reputation
- Support training, onboarding and development as the team expands
